In creating both our menu and daily additions we relish the fantastic opportunity we have here in California to take advantage of a year round selection of beatufully raised meats, cheese, fish and produce. We have also incorporated into our menu spices, herbs, olive oils and cooking styles from Italy, Spain, France and Greece.
